Terms of Use

Last updated 14 June 2026.

By using ComputeYard you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Educational use only — not advice

The calculators provide educational estimates, not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the full disclaimer. Always verify independently and consult a licensed professional before acting.

"As is", no warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the tools are error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComputeYard and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its outputs. (Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.)

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you use the site as a consumer, those rights stand regardless of the "as is" and liability terms above.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or its API: no attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer, or access it other than through the provided interface. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property & changes

The site's content and code are owned by the operator unless stated otherwise. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the site.
